we had a ball, the three of us. think we had the coolest apartment among our friends. we had the best tv and an awesome sound system to boot, wireless internet and our place was surprisingly clean and neat for 3 boys. there was the occasional tiffs and fights, but it was few and far between... and what kevin will take home with him, im sure, are fond memories of the times we all spent together.
we were always there for one another. we dont always confide about all our problems, but there was this silent understanding that we knew we got each other's backs.

ill be done with school by the end of the year, and now that vik is happily going out with kai, next semester is really going to be a drag without kev. he's not the most vocally sensitive of males, to say the least, but i know he loves us to death. when i was going through that really tough period when karen and i split, both him and vik were so patient and tolerant of my mood swings and temperament. and when i had tons of work to finish, he'd willingly make dinner and do the dishes. he was the best kind of friend - letting his actions speak.
these last 2 or 3 weeks, there was this unspoken sadness between us. we would go about leading our decadent lifestyle of just eat, sleep in late, ball/gym, video games and nba playoffs... and as meaningless it all seems to the next person, it was just good quality time.
kevin: there arent very many ppl in this world that i can call friend, let alone a friend whom i can really connect to - be it in terms of wavelength, interests or just talkin'. stay close pal. till next we meet... cheers.
